2.    Preparation before use

Before use, please confirm with theseller that the remote control you purchased is suitable for what system ofmobile phone. The app feedback mailbox is only responsible for fixing bugs and optimizingsoftware. Please communicate directly with the seller about why the remotecontrol for Android system you purchased can't be used on the iPhone.

2.1 Apple 6-14 generation mobile phone users

  After opening the APP, insert the remote control accessory into thecharging port of the mobile phone and wait for 2-5 seconds. The word "notconnected" at the top of the screen disappears, which means that theconnection is successful.

1.Turn off mono audio(Settings-Auxiliary-Au-dio Visual Mono Audio)

2.2 Apple 15 andabove new models(The typec socket remote control forandroid doesn't work on iPhones!)

After opening the APP, insert the remotecontro accessory into the charging port of the mobile phone and wait for 2-5seconds. The word "not connected" at the top of the screendisappears, which means that the connection is successful. If there is noautomatic connection, please click the refresh icon at the top of the app torefresh.

2.3   Android mobile phone

Most mobile phones can be used directly. Ifthe connection is not normal, please check whether the OTG switch is on.

If you're buying an IOS and androiduniversal remote, make sure Bluetooth is on before you use it

3.    Start matching

Select appliance type>>> Choose the brand ofelectrical appliance>>> Enter function matching>>> Firstclick the switch button. If the appliance is turned on, select yes. If it isnot turned on, select no. The rest of the function buttons follow this methodin turn.( During the matching process, the interface will display (1/30), whichmeans that this appliance has 30 different models of remote controls. When youclick the switch and the appliance is not turned on, if you select 'no', itwill become (2/30)The meaning is to enter the second group of remote controlmatching, and the other function buttons are also matched using this method)
